Scholarship Opportunity for Future Leaders in Lifesaving & Aquatics for NSC | IAKS 2024

Royal Life Saving Society - Australia (RLSSA) and the National Sports and Physical Activity Convention | IAKS 2024 are excited to announce a unique scholarship opportunity for up-and-coming leaders in the aquatic industry.

Ten (10) scholarships are being offered to exceptional young professionals to attend this prestigious event on the 27th and 28th of June in Melbourne.

Martin Sheppard, program curator and co-founder of the convention, highlighted the significance of this opportunity: "Attending the NSC | IAKS 2024 is an unparalleled chance to expand horizons, network with industry leaders, and gain insights from the forefront of sports and physical activity fields. The scholarships cover the conference ticket, valued at $1,565, providing access to 8 streams, global thought leader sessions, keynotes, debates, and workshops relevant to industry sustainability and community well-being. Notably, the scholarship does not include travel or accommodation expenses.

Applicants must be under 30 years of age and adhere strictly to the RLSSA Code of Ethics. The application process requires the completion of this Expression of Interest Form by 11pm Sunday 19th May.
