Registration fees for 2025 reflect costs of venues and contractors that are required to conduct the APLSC and the Presentation Function.
FUNCTIONS
Under 14 Presentation and Welcome Function - Free of charge
The Under 14 Presentation and Welcome Function will be held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre on Thursday 16 January at the conclusion of Day 1 events.
Officials Function - Free of charge for Officials (RSVP required)
The APLSC 2025 Officials Function will be held at (TBC). All Officials are invited to join us to celebrate the hard work and dedication of volunteers that make the APLSC possible. The Officials Function is free for all volunteers and will include a meal. Alcoholic drinks will be at own cost. Please be sure to RSVP for the Officials Function via the Registration Form.
Presentation Function - Tickets need to be pre-purchased
The APLSC 2025 Presentation Dinner will be held at The Epping Club (45-47 Rawsom St, Epping NSW 2121). All APLSC Coaches, Managers, Athletes, Officials, Spectators are welcome to purchase tickets for this event. Ticket includes a 2 course meal and 2 soft drink vouchers. A cash bar will be available for purchasing drinks.
PAYMENT OF FEES
All teams, individuals, coaches / managers and officials will need to register and make payment online for their participation in the Australian Pool Life Saving Championships 2025 prior to the commencement of the Championships.
Any outstanding registrations fees owing on the first day of APLSC 2025 may result in refusal of entry.
Additional persons (e.g. spectators) will need to register for functions and merchandise as part of the online registration process.
At the request of the APLSC Organising Committee a two-tiered registration system applies. Early Bird Registration closes on 22 December 2024. There will be no exceptions.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A cancellation fee of $35 will be applied for cancellations received up until 10 days before the Australian Pool Life Saving Championships 2025. No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the event. Late requests for refunds due to illness or an emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require medical confirmation of illness. All cancellations must be sent in writing to Brooke Cherfils, National Manager - Lifesaving Development at sport@rlssa.org.au
SUBMITTING COMPETITION ENTRIES
Competition entries must be completed via the Team Manager Lite program by Sunday 29 December 2024. Team Managers and Individual competitors can do so by following the information below.
Step 1:
Download the Team Manager (TM) Lite program by clicking on the following link https://hytek.active.com/downloads.html.
Step 2:
Download the Meet Events-Australian Pool Lifesaving Championships 2025.
Step 3:
Enter athletes into Team Manager Lite using the Instructions For Entering Team Manager Lite Entries and the Team Manager Lite Abbreviation Codes.
Please note the abbreviations have been updated to assist with the background administration and the scoring process. Deviation from them may result in points being missed.
Step 4:
Complete the Team Data Sheet(s) - one per team
Step 5:
Send Team Manager Lite (zipped file) along with the Team Data Sheet(s) that correlate to the Team Manager Lite file to sport@rlssa.org.au in a single email.
